1. Overview
At NeonNX, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Cancellation by Client
2.1 Before Work Commences If you wish to cancel a service before any work has begun, you must notify us in writing. In such cases, any advance payment made may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative or processing fees as stated in your Service Agreement.
2.2 After Work Has Commenced Once work has commenced on a project or campaign, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the request. Payment will be due for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. No refund will be issued for work already delivered or in progress.
2.3 Ongoing/Retainer Services For monthly retainer or subscription-based services (e.g., Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing), cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellations received after this window will take effect from the following billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the current cycle.
3. Cancellation by NeonNX
NeonNX reserves the right to cancel any service engagement under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or repeated late payment by the client.
- Client breach of the Terms of Service or Service Agreement.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
In the event that NeonNX initiates a cancellation without cause attributable to the client, a pro-rata refund for unused services will be issued within 14 business days.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following conditions only:
- A duplicate payment has been made in error.
- NeonNX has failed to deliver the agreed service within the agreed timeline, and no resolution has been reached within 14 days of written notice from the client.
- A cancellation request is submitted before any work has commenced (subject to administrative deductions).
The following are non-refundable:
- Work already completed and delivered.
- Third-party platform costs, tool subscriptions, or ad spends incurred on behalf of the client.
- Fees for strategic consultancy sessions already conducted.
- Any milestone-based payment that has already been released.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us in writing with the following details:
- Your full name and company name.
- Invoice number and date of payment.
- Reason for refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
6. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate the matter as per the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
